Course Enrolment and Access:

When you enrol for our course or strategy, you get a grant of access from us to view our course/ strategy. Don’t try to transfer or resell the course in any way. We grant you a one-year access, except when we must disable the course because of legal or policy reasons.

Pricing and Payment:

When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. You agree to pay the fees for the course or strategy you purchase, and you authorise us to charge your debit or credit card or to process other means of payment. We work with third-party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods to keep your payment information secure. When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorised payment method. We reserve the right to disable access to any course for which we have not received adequate payments.

We run promotions and sales for our course from time to time. The course may be available at a discounted price for a set period. The price applicable to the course will be the price at the time you complete your purchase of the course (at checkout). The price offered for the course may differ when you are logged in to your account from the price available to users who aren’t registered or logged in, because some of our promotions are available only to new users.

www.optionsmindset.in reserves the right to change, suspend access to, or remove any or all of the content on the website at any time, for any reason, in its sole discretion. www.optionsmindset.in also reserves the right to discontinue the website at any time, either temporarily or permanently. Refund Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. No refunds or returns after service delivery. Issues with services will be resolved promptly.

Shipping and Delivery:

Pre-Built strategies would be delivered within 24Hrs
Simple Custom Strategies will be created and delivered within 3 Working Days.
Complex Custom Strategies would need more time and would be delivered by 10 Working Days.

Custom Strategy Creation terms:
The complete charges and an approximate delivery timeline will be shared after reviewing the strategy requirement details.
During Testing, shared code will be provided, through which one can monitor the Trades.
>Once testing is completed, strategies will be delivered via private links to your Tradetron account. During the creation of the strategy, if we come across any unforeseen situations which can conclusively infer that the strategy could not be pursued as per the draft, a complete refund of the amount paid would be provided.
>After Delivery, in case there is an issue with the code, or if something is not working as per the initial requirement given, there will be support provided to fix the issue. Slippage can’t be controlled with the code and depends upon market volatality. On certain occasions, there could be minor data issues between other charting platforms and Tradetron, as the data source of each platform could be different. This is something that is beyond our scope to fix.
